I'd like to just ask that vistors to Tochoortahv be careful.

Yesterdays damage to the Age is currently being investigated, we'd like to ask that visitors refrain from sifting through the debris until the team has chance to completely finish their inspection.

Thanks.

I have just seen the damage Tweek, my condolences to you and your team. Do have an idea who it was and why?

I think I will wait until the investigation is complete before I link back. Just to be safe. My wife wouldn't be too happy if something where to happen to me........I hope. Wink

There was some text carved into the wall that Whil and Erik translated which turned out to say

Quote:
ahrotahntee
rihl’choorahlehnah
rehgehstoy

Outsiders will not learn the Art.

So we're thinking that perhaps one of the D'ni survivors took offense at what we were trying to accomplish with the Age.

I'm really worried about this. While only Tochoortahv was attacked, the message is clear and goes for us all. I'm sure that the Writers won't stop their attempts at learning the Art (nor should they), which means that there will be more conflict between the explorers and this D'ni person. We should be careful.

Tweek, I trust that you have the Descriptive Books of the destroyed Linking Books somewhere safe?

Usually we keep all our Descriptive Books locked away in the archive, and only give out Linking Books for use.

Just in case something like this happens

However, Orth, Artas and Tailehn were Descriptive Books as we were using them to demonstrate Writing principles, so those Ages are now lost.

I know this happened a great while ago but I am sorry loss of your Books and the damaging of of Tochoortahv, now known as Cass.

I had hoped that with the founding of Reeleeshan under the Guidance of Eedrah and Marrim would have made the D'ni open to all peoples learning the Art. But it could be that the majority do feel that way while a few others want a return to the old ways.

I am also glad to hear rumors that this event is not holding you back and that you may yet create an Age for the Teaching of the Art.

Thank you for your work and if you need any assistance me and mine will be there.
